How do you use it.

1 First Cleanse :- Massage in Pre- Cleanse Oil on damp or dry skin. Remove with Magic Mitt or hands.

2. Second Cleanse - Use your appropriate cleanser on damp skin eg. Mild Cleansing Lotion for sensitive to normal skin. Massage in a remove with Magic Mitt.

3. Damp 2 cotton pads with your toner and apply over entire face.

4. Roll vertically, obliquely and horizontally, for approximately 3 minutes on each area of the face.

5. Start with twice a  week, and progress to a daily use.

6. Apply your appropriate serum, then your Vitamin A cream.
