Shipping & Returns

Please Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic shipping may be delayed by several days in some cases. We are working to make sure and all orders are received ASAP. 

 

In the UK all good are shipped by either royal mail or tracked courier. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of them being placed (Mon-Fri). If you wish to track the progress of your order you may do so by contacting our office with your transaction details and number here.

 

UK & Northern Ireland

FREE delivery on orders over £40 (otherwise £2.99). Shipped via Royal Mail Signed for and will arrive in 2-3 business days

 

EU Delivery

Standard delivery to countries in the European Union costs £6.99. Delivery time is 3-5 days after the date of dispatch.

 

Rest of the world delivery

Delivery for all countries outside of the EU is priced at £9.99 and delivery time is approximately 5 days from the date of dispatch.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you purchase from us then you can obtain a full refund by returning the product to us within 30 days of the date of receipt and in the same condition you received it. To return an item please contact us where your order will be cancelled, after the product is returned a full refund of the product cost will be provided. The cost of returning the goods will be covered by the purchaser.
